Mahindra and Mahindra appoints Ratna Joshi as Senior GM – HR

Joshi served as Head of HR for Commercial at Tata Motors (passenger and electric vehicle business, including worldwide business) before joining Mahindra & Mahindra.

Ratna Joshi has been appointed Senior General Manager of Human Resources for Mahindra and Mahindra’s Automotive and Farm Equipment Business.

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior General Manager, Human Resources at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited (Automotive and Farm Equipment Business),” Joshi shared in a LinkedIn post.

Joshi served as Head of HR for Commercial at Tata Motors (passenger and electric vehicle business, including worldwide business) before joining Mahindra & Mahindra. She was employed at Shoppers Stop, Cipla, and Reliance Retail in the past.

Joshi is in her second year of employment with Mahindra & Mahindra. Before then, from August 2010 to March 2021, she spent more than ten years working for the company in the automotive, farm equipment, and agribusiness departments, most recently in the capacity of Head of Learning & Development.

Joshi brings with her 19 years of varied expertise in several human resource disciplines, including talent management, organizational development, and learning and development across various sectors.

She graduated from Nirma University in Ahmedabad with an MBA in Human Resource Management.
