Mairead Nayager was named Unilever’s Chief People Officer on Thursday, with effect from June 1.
Mairead serves as Haleon’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at the moment. She previously worked for Diageo from 2015 until 2022 as CHRO.

According to a statement, Nitin Paranjpe, Unilever’s current Chief People & Transformation Officer, has chosen to resign from the organization later this year.
During his 37-year tenure with Unilever, Paranjpe held several positions, such as Chief Operating Officer, President of Foods & Refreshment, President of Home Care, and CEO of Hindustan Unilever.
