As part of the company’s ongoing expansion throughout the area, Wild Tech announced the hiring of Matthew Rodgers as its new Head of Microsoft APAC.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Rodgers specializes on enterprise-level solutions and digital transformation strategies. He will be a great benefit to Wild Tech because of his knowledge of Dynamics ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Copilot. His leadership style also fits with the company’s goal of becoming the area’s go-to technology partner for reliable, AI-powered tools and automation solutions.

Rodgers will concentrate on bolstering finance and operations (F&O) skills, improving enterprise solutions, and promoting greater integration between the Australia-New Zealand (A/NZ) and Southeast Asia (SEA) regions in his new position, which will be headquartered in Kuala Lumpur.

Hands-on sectors like manufacturing, supply chain management and logistics, retail, and consumer products have been identified by Wild Tech as crucial for expanding the company’s proven ability to collaborate closely and produce game-changing results.

“The enterprise landscape is undergoing a once-in-a-generation shift,” said Rodgers. “AI and technologies like Microsoft Copilot represent a revolution in how businesses operate. My mission is to enable organisations to harness automation and centralise operations, positioning them to thrive in this new era. By integrating SEA and A/NZ operations more closely, we can unlock new transformative business models and deliver tangible value to enterprises across the region.”

Rodgers led Microsoft solutions in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, China, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan in his prior position as Sales Director APAC at sa.global.

His in-depth knowledge of the APAC region will be crucial to advancing Wild Tech’s corporate goals and growing its ecosystem of Microsoft technologies.

Grant Wild, CEO and Director at Wild Tech, welcomed Rodgers’ addition to the leadership team. “Having Matthew on board strengthens our ability to meet enterprise needs and allows us to build on our learnings across the region with our biggest trading partners. With his guidance, we aim to push the boundaries of what’s possible, transforming businesses by delivering smarter, more efficient and innovative solutions,” he said.
