Mir served as the Deputy Vice President of Human Resources at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance before joining Max Life Insurance. He has held positions with Manpower, MetLife, KPMG India, Deloitte, and Planman HR in the past.
Mir graduated from the Fortune Institute of International Business with a PGDM in Human Resources.
