Peri joins McCormick as it strives to further integrate technology into its business processes. During a Q2 results call in June, Foley cited two growth drivers: innovation and technology.
“Brand marketing, new products and packaging innovation, category management, proprietary technologies, and customer engagement continue to be the levers that drive our growth,” Foley said during the call.
By integrating automation into its expansive distribution center in Maryland, the corporation has also attempted to optimize its supply chain.
McCormick and Cognizant signed a technological transformation collaboration in April that focuses on the experiences of customers and employees. The implementation of AI tools to produce predictable business outcomes was part of the agreement.
