Users will be able to share comments from Instagram posts to Threads thanks to a new tool that Meta allegedly plans to introduce. As per The Verge, a photograph uploaded by Alessandro Paluzzi, an app researcher, indicates that when users comment on an Instagram post, a dropdown menu would show up. You may choose to share the comment only on Instagram or on Threads using this menu.
This update is a component of Meta’s larger plan to incorporate Threads with its other platforms. The business intends to further integrate Threads within the Fediverse, a worldwide, open network of connected but autonomous social media servers. It has already displayed Thread posts on Facebook and Instagram. In June, Meta revealed that on other federated platforms, users would be able to like and view answers to their Threads postings.
India is one of the most active regions on Threads, with 175 million monthly active users, according to a July announcement from Meta. To celebrate its one-year anniversary, Threads, Meta’s social media platform that was introduced last year to compete with X (previously Twitter), made the statement.
