Mihnea Dobre has been promoted to Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at EveryMatrix. Dobre, who has almost ten years of experience with EveryMatrix, will oversee operations and the company’s technical strategy from Bucharest.
When Dobre joined EveryMatrix as Head of Incident Management, he allegedly improved the company’s release and change management procedures by forming the Technical Support and IT Governance teams. He was a member of the leadership team as the Head of IT Governance before getting promoted.
In his new position, Dobre will be in charge of EveryMatrix’s technical development and offer strategic guidance to help the business unit CTOs of the company accomplish their goals.
CEO Ebbe Groes noted: “Working alongside Mihnea for the past eight years has been a pleasure from day one. His appointment as Group CTO is a logical progression, as the company thrives amidst exponential growth, boasting a workforce of more than 1,000 employees.”

The company constructed a new headquarters in Bucharest to house approximately 400 of its employees in March and started a market accreditation series in Peru.
