In his new role, Jay will oversee key financial functions, including audit, treasury, tax, insurance, financial analytics, and risk management. His leadership will ensure that data-backed decision-making remains at the forefront of Movate’s operations. Additionally, Jay will guide the investment strategies for Movate’s Propel Unit, which is dedicated to advancing Generative AI and other innovative technologies, further solidifying the company’s position in the digital transformation landscape.
Prior to joining Movate, Jay served as CFO at Yellow.ai, a leading AI SaaS company, and at Inspira Enterprise. With 15 years of leadership experience at Wipro, he brings a wealth of knowledge across industries and sectors. Jay is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Xavier’s College. His blend of financial expertise and a forward-thinking approach to leveraging technology and data makes him a perfect fit for driving Movate’s continued success.
