Two significant additions have been made to the executive leadership team of the New Zealand Automobile Association (NZAA).
Renee Kinloch (shown right) was internally elevated to chief financial officer (CFO), while Stephanie Creasy (pictured left) was appointed chief technology officer (CTO).
Stephanie Creasy’s career
Creasy, who was general manager of future energy at Genesis Energy, where she supported the nation’s energy transition by concentrating on digital innovation, joins NZ AA.
She also contributes experience from her time at Digital Arts Network, Deloitte, and ANZ, where she gained knowledge of digital transformation and technology.
Chief executive Nadine Tereora emphasized Creasy’s credentials, stating that her contemporaries and former coworkers value her leadership style and capacity to integrate technology with sustainable growth.
“Steph’s passion for harnessing technology to foster innovation and sustainable growth was evident from our first discussion, and her proven leadership capability and team ethos [were] echoed through the feedback we sought from her peers, direct reports, and her direct leaders,” she said.
Renee Kinloch’s career
Over the course of his 15 years with NZ AA, Kinloch has held positions as group accountant, group financial controller, and most recently, head of finance. She has also worked in auditing and accounting for companies in the UK and New Zealand.
According to Tereora, Kinloch is a key member of the executive team because of her dedication to the organization’s mission and her concentration on providing the greatest results for members.
“Renee is a strong believer in our purpose and providing the best service and outcomes to our members, and I look forward to welcoming her to the executive team, where I have great confidence she will continue to make her mark,” she said.
On December 9, Creasy will start her position, and on December 23, Kinloch will take over as CFO.
