After a stellar 22-year tenure, PVR INOX’s CFO, Nitin Sood, is leaving the firm. His departure date is July 31, 2024.
In a LinkedIn post, Nitin wrote, “After an incredible journey of 22 years at PVR INOX, I have decided to move on. Working at PVR INOX has been a truly rewarding and fulfilling experience. I have had the privilege to work with some incredible colleagues, collaborate on various challenging projects, and witness the growth and success of the company firsthand over the last several years. It has been an honor to lead such a dynamic and innovative team, and I am immensely grateful for the experiences, challenges, and successes we’ve shared over the years. My last working day for the organization will be July 31, 2024. I am looking forward to exploring new horizons and taking on fresh challenges after taking a much-deserved break. On to a new journey… will update soon as I decide what I take up next.”
He conveyed gratitude for the rewarding encounters and collaboration with exceptional colleagues on challenging assignments that aided in the expansion of the business. Sood took pleasure in heading an imaginative group and emphasized the important events, difficulties, and accomplishments encountered throughout the years.
As CFO, he was instrumental in facilitating corporate initiatives, managing banking relationships, supervising financial operations, addressing investor relations, facilitating mergers and acquisitions, and guaranteeing financial management and compliance for different group entities. Before spending a considerable amount of time at PVR INOX, Sood started his career with Escorts Finance.
