Kazuhiro Nishihata is succeeded by Dubey, while Yo Honma will remain President and CEO of NTT DATA Group Corporation in addition to his role as Representative Director.
With the completion of the merger between NTT DATA and NTT Ltd., Dubey’s appointment and the creation of a company valued at over $30 billion under the NTT DATA brand occur at the same time. At one point, Dubey was the CEO of NTT Ltd.

Dubey’s new position would see him managing 150,000 workers globally. According to a statement from the firm, NTT DATA has increased its global reach to around $18 billion and is currently holding the sixth-largest market share in the global IT services sector.
NTT DATA offers industry solutions, cloud, cybersecurity, data and artificial intelligence, business and technology consulting, and managed services for infrastructure, connectivity, and applications.
An expert in the field, Dubey left McKinsey & Company in 2021 to join NTT. There, he advised several of the top technology businesses and CEOs globally for more than 20 years. He played a key role in starting and leading McKinsey’s international cloud computing initiatives.
