The appointment of Nupur Mehta as Regional HR Director – Asia Pacific and Japan was announced by Pure Storage, a provider of data storage technologies and services, on Tuesday. She will be based out of Singapore.
Mehta will be in charge of the HR departments in Japan and Asia Pacific in this capacity. According to a release, she will be promoting an environment of growth and learning that encourages diversity, inclusivity, and adaptability.
Mehta has twenty years of expertise in human resources, having held positions in both large technology companies and scale-ups internationally.
Mehta was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the fintech business Nium before joining Pure Storage. She was employed at Amazon, Aon Consulting, and HCL Technologies in the past.
