Radhika Tomar appointed by Bacardi India as Director - HR, India & SEA

Tomar will lead Bacardi’s people strategy, strategic talent management, and efforts to integrate employee engagement and a culture of diversity and inclusion throughout the company’s businesses in India and Southeast Asia.

Radhika Tomar was named as Director of Human Resources – India and Southeast Asia by Bacardi India, a division of the multinational spirits corporation, on Friday.

Tomar will work out of the company’s office in Gurugram.

According to a statement, Tomar will lead Bacardi’s people strategy, strategic talent management, and efforts to integrate employee engagement and a culture of diversity and inclusion throughout the company’s businesses in India and Southeast Asia.

With eighteen years of worldwide HR leadership experience, Tomar has worked in consumer durables, technology, consulting, FMCG, and consulting.

Tomar worked for Kimberly Clark as the Global Talent Activation Director and HR Director-India before joining Bacardi. She has had positions with Aon Hewitt, Microsoft India, McKinsey & Company, and Dyson in the past.

Radhika graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Double Major) in Economics & Statistics from St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai and an MBA from the XLRI School of Management in Jamshedpur.
