Sethi will be in charge of overseeing Lava’s financial operations in this new position, improving financial systems and procedures, and directing the business’s financial strategy to support its expansion objectives.

Rajesh Sethi has been appointed as the new Group Chief Financial Officer, according to a statement released by domestic electronics company Lava International on Tuesday.

Sethi will be in charge of overseeing Lava’s financial operations in this new position, improving financial systems and procedures, and directing the business’s financial strategy to support its expansion objectives.

“The mobile and electronics industry is on a high growth trajectory, and Lava has a great potential to tap into the opportunities with superior-quality Made in India products,” Sethi said in a statement.

“My strategy will be to strengthen financial resilience and corporate governance and generate capital for the ambitious growth plans of the company,” he added.

According to Lava, the appointment of Sethi is consistent with the firm’s goal of fortifying its leadership group in order to become an international Indian technology corporation.

“His expertise and wealth of experience in driving financial success will be instrumental in accelerating Lava’s future growth. We look forward to his contributions and leadership in our endeavour to build a global Indian enterprise,” said Sunil Raina, Executive Director of Lava International.

Throughout his career, he has occupied executive positions at several well-known companies, including Bharti Airtel, Telenor Group, Essar Group, and STER Group.

Lava International revealed this week who will be joining the board to lead the business through its next stage of expansion and innovation.

Sunil Raina, the company’s executive director, and Sanjeev Agarwal, its chief manufacturing officer, had become directors.

The corporation announced the appointment of Ajay Kumar Singh, a former Lieutenant Governor of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Puducherry, and Anupam Shrivastava, a former Managing Director of BSNL, as independent directors.
