The bank announced in a regulatory filing on Friday that Khare had tendered his resignation and would no longer be connected to the services as of April 12, 2024.

According to the notification sent to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE), Rajnish Khare has resigned in accordance with Regulations 30 and 51 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

“Resignation on account of prolonged reflection on his professional journey and personal principles,” the bank outlined as the reason for the change.

Anil Kuril, the bank’s chief general manager and chief technology officer, will have more duties and responsibilities as the head of its digitization department, the PSB further stated.
