Rakesh Mehta has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of Uno Minda.
Mehta has over thirty years of expertise in creating HR frameworks and strategies for large organizations as well as leading productive HR teams.
According to a statement, he has experience with mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, cultural transformation, creating effective people practices, remuneration, and benefits.
Mehta was employed by JSW Energy as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources before joining Uno Minda Group.
Mehta has previously held HR and IR leadership positions at Gujarat Guardian, Rallis India, Asian Paints, General Motors, Reliance Industries, and Crompton Greaves.
Mehta has a diploma in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare from Poona University and a master’s degree in personnel management from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
