Leading two- and three-wheeler manufacturer Bajaj Auto has named Ramtilak Ananthan as the company’s next chief technology officer, effective April 1, 2024. Furthermore, Abraham Joseph has been named as the company’s new Managing Director of Chetak Technology Limited, a fully owned subsidiary that specializes in cutting-edge mobility solutions.

The company has infused additional funds into BACL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bajaj Auto. “Additional investment in the equity share capital of BACL of INR 2,250 crore in a phased manner, in addition to the existing INR 600 crore approved earlier,” the company said.
