In this pivotal role, he will lead the company’s technology-driven initiatives, aligning IT strategies with business goals to support growth and innovation. Randy’s expertise in business intelligence and artificial intelligence will enable PIM Brands to enhance operational efficiency and foster a seamless transition between analog and digital processes.
Before joining PIM Brands, Randy Gonzalez served as the Managing Partner at Global Consulting Services Group LLC for nearly six years. There, he specialized in driving
transformation strategies, maximizing value, and aligning outcomes for clients across various industries.
Prior to that, he held the role of Vice President, Head of Finance Transformation & Finance
Operations at New York Life Insurance Company. Over almost six years, he successfully optimized finance operations by modernizing technology, streamlining processes, and enhancing agility within the organization.
At AIG, Randy was the Head of Finance Transformation and CIO for Finance and
Administration, where he led global standardization and automation of finance processes across Chartis Insurance. His innovative approach tackled strategic challenges while implementing cutting-edge systems.
Randy’s earlier tenure includes a decade at Deloitte as a Principal, where he led large teams on SAP implementation and system integration projects for major clients like Coca-Cola and Becton Dickinson, ensuring superior financial reporting and cost efficiency.
