People all around the nation are claiming that their Jio services aren’t working for them. They claim that they can’t access all of the daily applications they use, such as YouTube, Google, WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat, and X. Over 54% of the complainants, according to Downdetector, are having issues with mobile internet, 38% are having issues with Jio Fiber, and 7% are having issues with mobile network disruptions.

With the outage, many took to X (previously Twitter) to vent their frustration. One wrote, “#Jio network is down for Google, Swiggy & major websites. Whereas, WhatsApp, Jio’s own platforms seem to be working okay.”

Others brought up the fact that Jio’s customer service is not answering grievances. The user wrote, “Internet speed has went very down and when I tried to talk to customer support they simply ended the call.”

Regarding the disruption, Jio has not released an official remark.
