Suruchi Bhatia has been named Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of RLG by Reconomy.
According to a statement, Bhatia will oversee culture reform in this capacity and build RLG’s internal talent pipeline.
Suruchi Bhatia, CHRO, RLG by Reconomy, said, “Taking advantage of the strengths of brand Reconomy, my priority will be building up the culture and establishing the organization as an Employer of Choice.”
Bhatia worked as a Lead HR Business Partner and CoE for Performance Management Systems at Azure Power India before joining RLG. She has previously worked with Mawana Sugars, Omax Autos, Camfil Air Filtration, and ASA Industries. She began working with IFFCO TOKIO in 2005.
Bhatia graduated with a BTech in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Technical University and an MBA from the University Business School of Punjab University.
