RPG Group introduces a platform driven by AI to improve internal talent mobility

The introduction of Grow@RPG, an AI-powered platform intended to improve internal talent mobility across its group companies, functions, and geographies, was announced on Monday by RPG Group, a prominent business conglomerate in India.

According to a release, the AI-powered platform will let group staff members assess the requirements and needs of a position or a group business they are interested in joining.
It is anticipated that this will improve organizational advancement, employee retention, and engagement.

Every employee can explore various pathways and receive recommendations that correspond with their goals with personalized AI-driven insights, according to the release.
With the help of short-term tasks, dynamic workgroups, and expert relationships, employees are equipped to advance their careers in both vertical and horizontal directions.

According to the statement, the platform helps staff members broaden their horizons, hone their abilities, and choose the best position inside RPG for their developing career trajectories.

S Venkatesh, President, Group HR, RPG Group, said, “A thriving organization is built upon the foundation of talent. With Grow@RPG, we aim to provide our employees with

opportunities to grow and work to their fullest potential. Instead of seeking opportunities outside, we are creating a space where they can explore and seek guidance internally itself. Ultimately, it ties into our vision of unleashing talent and creating happiness.”

Supratik Bhattacharyya, Chief Talent Officer, RPG Group, said, “We have always believed in nurturing talent from within internally before seeking it outside. With Grow@RPG, we are creating an agile organization that encourages career innovations and unlocks talent potential like never before.
