With 1,100 offices and 26,500 sales associates, the Sotheby’s International Realty network is present in 83 countries and territories.

Saket Dalmia has been named president of India Sotheby’s International Realty, a luxury real estate company, to oversee the company’s initiatives in India.

Former PHD Chambers of Commerce president Saket Dalmia has made investments in the business and assumed the role of president on the board. With his experience at PHD Chambers of Commerce, spearheading several initiatives such as the Young Business Leader Forum and the Start-Up20 Finance Task Force, Dalmia will now be part of India Sotheby’s International Realty, as the company targets a sales transaction turnover of $1 billion in its 10th year of operation.

With over two decades of experience running businesses and a distinguished track record, Dalmia brings a wealth of expertise to our team,” said Amit Goyal, Managing Director, India Sotheby’s International Realty.

Saket Dalmia has devoted the last fifteen years to industry organizations such as the PHD Chambers of Commerce, rising to the position of National President and becoming the youngest member of the 118-year-old top chamber. He leads the Young Business Leader Forum and has represented PHDCCI at the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2023.

Dalmia is still a major player in policy advocacy and in igniting changes in many different areas, which has a significant and positive effect on the Indian economy.

Dalmia holds a BBA from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., USA, and a double major from the University of Antwerp in Belgium and Oxford University in the UK in international finance and international economics.

In November 2014, the company opened its first office in New Delhi, India, solidifying its position in the country. Currently, it maintains offices in Bangalore, Kolkata, and Mumbai. Senior private bankers and professionals from the real estate, hospitality, and luxury goods sectors make up the Indian team.
