Sanjay Gawde has been appointed by Mahindra Logistics as the Head of Human Resources and Administration, with effect from October 1.

The announcement comes with Edwin Lobo’s resignation from Mahindra Logistics as Head of HR and Administration.

On July 22, Lobo gave notice of his resignation from the company due to personal obligations. A statement states that his resignation will take effect on September 30. He became a member of the team in 2010.

Gawde has more than 22 years of expertise in a variety of HR-related fields, including ITeS, manufacturing, consulting, and financial services, as well as rewards, talent management, industrial relations, and HR operations.

Gawde is currently employed with Mahindra Group as a group talent manager. He has held executive roles at Lupin, John Deere, Hewitt Associates, EXL Service, and GE Capital in the past.

Gawde has completed his master’s in management studies (personnel management) from the University of Mumbai.
