Mumbai, September 2, 2024: Seclore, the leading provider of data-centric cybersecurity, announces the appointment of Darshan Masalia as Vice President of Product Engineering. With an impressive career spanning more than two decades in technology and product engineering, Masalia will play a crucial role in advancing Seclore’s data-centric security product innovation and strategy.

In his new role at Seclore, Masalia will be responsible for leading Seclore’s product engineering direction, driving the development of cutting-edge data protection solutions, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. His deep expertise in cyber security, agile transformation, and product development will be beneficial for Seclore’s commitment to delivering top-tier security solutions.

Before joining Seclore, Masalia served as VP of Engineering for Asset and Patch Management at Qualys Security, Pune. He also held senior engineering roles at BMC Software, where he managed and restructured product development processes and led agile transformations. His entrepreneurial spirit was also evident during his tenure as Co-Founder and CTO at Brainbows & Whappi Workplaces Pvt. Ltd., where he guided agile coaching and developed advanced e-commerce solutions. Masalia holds numerous industry awards and certifications, including the SAFe® 4 Practitioner, SAFe for Teams Course (4.6), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and Scrum Master (CSM).
