Extending GenAI into unstructured data mediums like voice, chat, email, videos, and visuals is the plan of the speech AI startup

A Bengaluru-based startup in the Speech AI segment, Contiinex, has raised $2 million in a pre-Series A round from YourNest and Refex Capital. As investment bankers for Contiinex, ICBC advised and supported the fundraise.

The funds will be used by the company to strengthen its technology team and expand its presence in the US market.

The speech AI startup, which is looking to target the English-speaking global speech market, was founded by Prateek Mehta and Vijay Krishna BS in December 2020. Extending GenAI into unstructured data mediums like voice, chat, email, videos, and visuals is the plan of the speech AI startup. It aims to expand to banking, retail, and utilities, revolutionising customer engagement by utilising in-house LLM capabilities.
