Lattice (OTC:LTTC) Semiconductor’s (NASDAQ:LSCC) Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Stephen Douglass has stated that he plans to retire from the company on June 3, 2024. On February 28, 2024, the announcement was released to the public in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
To enable a seamless transfer of his responsibilities, Mr. Douglass has agreed to stay on as an advisor until the date of his retirement. As of now, the business has not announced the CTO’s replacement.
