Britannia Industries Limited announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved Mr. Susheel Navanale’s appointment as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Company with effect from April 3, 2024, via a circular resolution passed based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Susheel Navanale graduated with a B.E. from NITK, Surathkal, and a master’s degree in industrial and management systems engineering from Arizona State University. Through the development and implementation of IT strategies, he has led international cross-functional teams to propel digital transformations.
He has experience working for companies including Hindustan Unilever, Tata Consumer Products, and IFFCO Group, where he reduced costs, improved efficiencies, and increased revenue to gain a competitive edge.
