On Tuesday, Nucleus Software, a provider of transaction banking and digital lending solutions, announced the appointment of Swati Patwardhan as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), with effect from May 20.
Patwardhan will be in charge of managing the business’s global HR initiatives in this capacity, with an emphasis on luring, nurturing, and keeping elite personnel. As per the statement, her duties would encompass spearheading employee engagement programs, cultivating an innovative and inclusive culture, and harmonizing HR procedures with the organization’s strategic goals.
Patwardhan has 19 years of expertise in many HR domains, including business partnership, international HR, talent acquisition, and organisation growth.

Patwardhan finished her postgraduate studies in industrial psychology at Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University (SNDT Women’s University), Mumbai.
