Rustagi was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Paytm before she joined Adobe.

Adobe stated on Tuesday that Swati Rustagi has been appointed as Vice President, Employee Experience (EX), India.

Rustagi will spearhead the India EX team’s people strategy in this capacity. According to a release, she will be answering to Gloria Chen, Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President, Employee Experience, at Adobe.

Rustagi was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Paytm before she joined Adobe.

Rustagi has held a variety of leadership roles in the last 20 years in both Indian and international markets, having a big impact on programs for diversity, equity, and inclusion, organizational structure, and career and talent development. She has held positions with Amazon, Johnson & Johnson, Merrill Lynch, Hindustan Unilever, and Max Health Care in the past.

At the moment, Adobe India employs 8,000 people across Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Bengaluru. This is Adobe’s largest non-US workforce. April 2023. According to the statement, Adobe increased its footprint by renting an extra 2,000 seats in Bengaluru.
