In order to address the skill gaps and employability issues in the state of Kerala, TeamLease EdTech announced on Tuesday that it has partnered with the government of that state. According to a release from TeamLease EdTech, this strategic partnership is going to create and execute significant skill development through the “Work Linked Degree Programs” as well as the Credit Linked Diploma and Certificate, all of which are specifically designed to address the demands of Kerala’s economy.
“This partnership represents a significant step towards bridging the skill gap and enhancing employability in Kerala. By integrating work-experience with academic learning, we aim to create a robust talent supply chain that meets the evolving demands of today’s job market.”
