CBRE is gearing up to open its largest tech development centre outside the United States in Hyderabad’s Hitech City area. CBRE is a global real estate consulting and investment player.
With a capacity of accommodating about 1,300 – 1,400 techies and slated for opening over the next month or so, the multi-storeyed, 900-seater tech development centre will be spread over 1.2 lakh sq. ft., said Sandeep Dave, chief digital & technology officer of CBRE on Tuesday.
Adding that the centre will leverage emerging technologies such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, augmented reality and virtual reality, metaverse, to cater to its key customer base, he said, in the first phase, CBRE will be opening up three floors at the new tech development centre and the remaining floors will be opened up in the second phase.
“Our teams use real estate data and our enterprise data platform to give our customers (enterprises) insights and augmented intelligence into their businesses. Our EDP, which transforms 36 billion data points from 300 global sources of information, empowers our expert analysts to securely transform data at scale into intelligent insights,” Dave explained.
