Samiron Ghoshal has been named Senior Partner for Technology Business by executive search and leadership consulting firm TRANSEARCH India.
Ghoshal joins TRANSEARCH India with a wealth of international leadership experience spanning over 30 years in the technology and consulting industry. His career path has taken him from Delhi to prominent positions like Vice President at Wipro, Partner at Ernst & Young, Managing Partner for IBM South Asia, and senior positions at SAP, Tata Steel, and Rockwell Automation. His significant network and industry expertise were further expanded while he worked as a Global Partner for Technology and Professional Services at an international search agency before joining TRANSEARCH India.
Ghoshal graduated with First Division honors in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and between January and March 2021, he got a Certificate for Digital Transformation of Enterprises from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
A major force in cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi is TRANSEARCH India. Thirteen groups, with specializations in technology, consumer goods, education, real estate, BFSI, and automation, are led by vertical heads employed by the corporation.
According to a statement from the company, Ghoshal’s duties will involve finding skilled senior employees and C-Suite executives for technology clients, as well as making sure the business offers top-notch assistance and upholds superior leadership solutions for a wide range of clientele.
