TresVista launches the Catalyst Program

TresVista’s commitment to its employees’ growth journey is exemplified by its investment in a wide array of learning experiences, including classroom, social, digital, and on-the-job learning opportunities.

TresVista, a global enterprise providing a diversified portfolio of services, proudly unveils its transformative CFO Office Services Academy as a cornerstone of its renewed commitment to comprehensive training and professional development of its employees.

The launch of this academy marks a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing efforts to empower its employees, cultivate future leaders, and ensure their continued success in an ever-evolving corporate landscape. To foster growth and holistic development, TresVista has designed an industry-leading training structure, The Catalyst Program, catering to interns, freshers, first-time managers, and promoted employees.

The launch of the CFO Office Services Academy stands as a testament to TresVista’s dedication to nurturing top talent and cultivating future leaders within its core services. Leveraging its rich training and development culture, the CFO Office Services Academy complements its already existing RIS Academy. The program offers specialized training to Analysts and Associates, enabling them to seamlessly transition and thrive within the dynamic financial services domain. Notably, the academy places a paramount emphasis on technical proficiency, offering comprehensive training across essential areas such as Accounting, Excel, FP&A, Audit, Assurance & Advisory (TAS), Financial Concepts, and Fund Structures & Communication.

Girish Rohira, Director of CFO Office Services at TresVista, emphasized the organization’s commitment to employee growth, “At TresVista, the focus is always on our employees, providing them the tools to grow and excel in this fast-paced corporate landscape. The CFO Academy is one such initiative designed to help our people understand the technicalities of the role they are building toward.

Every onboarded employee has to go through a rigorous New Hire Training, which has been carefully tailored to bring all the new joiners to the required standards of deliverables. Another initiative under the Catalyst Program is the ‘Promotes Training’ program, a dedicated 6-month long comprehensive upskilling initiative meticulously crafted for first-time managers and recently promoted employees. By facilitating a seamless transition from current roles to future responsibilities, this program aims to nurture a strong and capable leadership pipeline.

Additionally, via its summer internship program, an engaging 8-week learning journey for MBA students, TresVista seeks to provide hands-on exposure and learning opportunities, enabling interns to gain valuable insights into the corporate world. In the recently finished Summer Associate Program, 67 interns were onboarded from top B-schools, including IIM Kozhikode, XLRI, and IIFT New Delhi, with 40 of them receiving pre-placement offers.

TresVista’s commitment to its employees’ growth journey is exemplified by its investment in a wide array of learning experiences, including classroom, social, digital, and on-the-job learning opportunities. With a global workforce of over 1,500 employees across six offices worldwide, TresVista remains dedicated to nurturing and cultivating top talent, recognizing that continuous learning and skill development are vital components of all-round development.
