LTIMindtree, the sixth-largest Indian IT business, amidst ongoing top-level restructuring, is reportedly developing two internal prospects for the CEO position.

Next year will mark the conclusion of the tenure of the present CEO, Debashis Chatterjee.
The company is currently dealing with top-level flux during the development phase. Three new chief business officers (CBOs) were hired by LTIMindtree to oversee three of its business divisions last year: Rajesh Sundaram was promoted to CBO of the manufacturing business unit, Samir Gosavi took over as CBO of retail and consumer goods, and Aditi Banerjee was named CBO of life sciences and healthcare.
Mukund Rao, senior vice president and CBO for banking, financial services, and insurance, was another Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Lindtree who left last month.
Additionally, the company named Shuchi Sarkar, a former senior executive of Amazon Web Services (AWS), as its new chief marketing officer last month. Within ten months of joining the company, in October of last year, Paresh Vankar quit, and Sarkar took over.
Analysts claim that the company’s top-level flux indicates that integration-related problems are still a problem. Even in the midst of a significant merger and integration, the corporation claims to have guaranteed “client satisfaction and flawless delivery.”
