To replace retiring chief financial officer Craig Gentle, UBS has chosen Caroline Waddington as chief financial officer of British wealth management at St James’s Place.
The chief financial officer of British wealth management St James’s Place (SJP.L), Caroline Waddington, has been appointed by UBS (UBSG.S), executive to replace retiring chief financial officer Craig Gentle. The announcement was made on Thursday.
Prior to the rival bank’s acquisition of the troubled Swiss bank, Waddington served as chief financial officer of UBS’s Credit Suisse businesses in Britain.
Gentle, who has been CFO since January 2018, will resign as a director when she joins SJP in the second half of the year. The organization stated that he will stay for a brief while to guarantee a smooth transition.
