Bart Leurs takes over the portfolio of technological services at valcon when he joins the consulting business on February 1st, 2025. He will join the management team and lead teams in seven different countries.
Leurs succeeds Paul ten Haaf who recently moved to head up Valcon’s Southeast European division. “Valcon’s approach resonates with my philosophy – that true digital transformation is not just about adopting new technologies, but about changing how organisations operate and deliver value to their customers.”
Leurs brings a formidable profile to Valcon with more than two decades of expertise in digital and technology transformation. He most recently held the positions of Chief Innovation and Technology Officer and Chief Digital Transformation Officer at Rabobank.
Leurs worked for ING for more than 15 years before to joining Rabobank, holding leadership roles at ING and ING Direct in several nations.
Leurs will concentrate on growing the team and services portfolio at Valcon. He will also advise customers strategically on issues like data, technology, and digital transformation.
