Vijayalakshmi Natarajan has been named Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO) by PNB MetLife. With more than thirty years of expertise, Vijayalakshmi is a seasoned professional whose appointment to PNB MetLife’s executive team highlights the organization’s dedication to strong risk management procedures, governance, and compliance.
The appointment of Vijayalakshmi becomes effective on March 8. She is in charge of risk management, internal control design and execution, enterprise compliance, and policies and procedures. In addition, she oversees the organization’s Government Relations (GR), Internal Financial Controls (IFC), and Fraud Control Unit (FCU).
In the past, Vijayalakshmi performed admirably for LIC, Aviva Life Insurance, and SBI Life Insurance. Her experience is further enhanced by fellowships in life insurance (IIB) and underwriting (Academy of Life Underwriting, USA), in addition to her background in commerce and certifications as a cost and work accountant.
