Mahindra Finance is now searching for a qualified applicant for the CFO post and will make an announcement soon.
The Chief Financial Officer, Vivek Karve, offered his resignation from Mahindra Finance, citing his desire to pursue interests outside of work, including personal, social, and professional ones.
In 2020, Karve started working as CFO at Mahindra Finance. He has consented to continue in his position after his notice period expires, through October 31, 2024, the date of the financial results announcement for the second quarter of FY25.
Commenting on the CFO’s resignation, Raul Rebello, Managing Director and CEO, said, “We express our appreciation for Vivek’s contributions over the last four years with Mahindra Finance. During this time, our company has navigated challenging periods and achieved significant milestones.”
According to a press statement from Mahindra Finance, the Mumbai-based NBFC is now searching for a qualified applicant for the CFO post and will make an announcement soon.
