The largest contract manufacturing marketplace in the world, ZETWERK, announced today that Vinod Kumar Dasari has been added to the board of directors. Mr. Dasari brings with him almost forty years of expertise managing and growing manufacturing companies in a variety of industries, such as engineering and the automotive sector.
At a critical juncture in ZETWERK’s development trajectory, as the firm strategically penetrates important markets like consumer electronics, aerospace, renewable energy, and industrial, Mr. Dasari joins the board. He has a successful track record and will offer ZETWERK’s executive team invaluable advice and strategic insights. He became a member of the ZETWERK board on July 1st, 2024.

At the moment, Mr. Dasari works for the private equity company Advent International as an operating partner. From 2019 until 2021, he also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Royal Enfield, where he oversaw the renowned motorcycle brand’s international growth and product innovation. Mr. Dasari served in a number of executive roles at Ashok Leyland before joining Royal Enfield, including managing director and chief executive officer. He was instrumental in turning Ashok Leyland into a productive and renowned producer of commercial vehicles during his time there.
Among Mr. Dasari’s many accomplishments are senior positions at The Timken Company and Cummins India, where he developed his proficiency in business development, strategy, and manufacturing operations.
By joining a group that includes business veterans like Sanjiv Rangrass (former Divisional CEO, ITC Agri Business), investors like Prayank Swaroop (Partner, Accel) and Shailesh Lakhani (Managing Director, Peak XV Partners), Vaibhav Agarwal (Lightspeed), and ZETWERK’s co-founders Srinath Ramakkrushnan and Amrit Acharya, Vinod Kumar Dasari fortifies ZETWERK’s board of directors.
