The global brewer Carlsberg India announced Vandana Kapur’s appointment as Vice President – Human Resources, on Thursday.
With more than 22 years of experience, Kapur has worked in corporate, consulting, and entrepreneurial capacities.
Vandana previously held the positions of Global HR Director for Operations at Centrient Pharmaceuticals and Head of Country HR at Agilent Technologies International.
According to a statement, Kapur will concentrate on talent management, DE&I enhancement, and organizational effectiveness at Carlsberg, in addition to other crucial duties.
