Anand has proven to be incredibly skilled in a number of areas related to human resources management over his career, such as strategic HRM, hiring and selection, resourcing and development, performance management, training, pay and benefits, compliance management, and industrial relations.

Abhishek Anand has been named Director of Human Resources at the Hyatt Regency Delhi. Anand is a seasoned HR executive with professional training who has nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. He is passionate about developing talent and accelerating organizational success. He is a great asset to our team because of his strategic thinking and dedication to quality.

Anand, who graduated from IHM Kolkata, started working at The Oberoi Udaivilas in Udaipur in 2004. After moving up through the ranks, he worked as an assistant training manager at the Radisson Alibaug in 2008 before taking a position as an assistant HR and training manager at Velassaru Maldives. After that, in 2011, he was appointed Assistant Director of Human Resources at Raffles Parslin Seychelles. Continuing on his career path, Anand was appointed Head of Human Resources at The Leela Palace Udaipur in 2014 and Manager of Human Resources at The Oberoi Amarvilas in 2016. He returned to The Leela in 2017 and was promoted to Cluster Director – Human Resources, after serving as Head of Human Resources.

Anand has proven to be incredibly skilled in a number of areas related to human resources management over his career, such as strategic HRM, hiring and selection, resourcing and development, performance management, training, pay and benefits, compliance management, and industrial relations.

Anand’s new position will entail managing all facets of HR at Hyatt Regency Delhi, with an emphasis on talent development, a healthy work atmosphere, and assisting the hotel’s ongoing expansion and prosperity.
