Leading AI and cloud computing company G42 recently announced the appointment of seasoned American technology executive Ali Dalloul as a key member of its leadership team.

Having led and implemented cloud and AI programs at Microsoft for thirty years, Dalloul has a remarkable track record that complements G42’s strategic goals to propel growth internationally. Dalloul has a plethora of operational expertise in AI commercialization, business adoption, and product strategy from his time as Microsoft’s Vice President of Azure AI Customer expertise Engineering.

Peng Xiao, Group CEO of G42, expressed his enthusiasm about Dalloul’s appointment, stating, “Ali’s arrival as our Group Chief Strategy Officer is a milestone for G42. His proven expertise and deep insight into large-scale AI programs are precisely what G42 needs for our global expansion. Ali’s leadership will be instrumental in driving our strategic initiatives and further establishing G42 as a responsible pioneer in the rapidly evolving AI landscape”.

Dalloul, who will be headquartered in the US, will also be the CEO of the G42 US division. He will lead the company’s US operations in this role, overseeing important initiatives spanning G42’s several product lines and wide-ranging network of partnerships.

This revelation comes after the UAE’s national leadership recently visited the US, reaffirming the UAE’s position as a major foreign partner in the US technological agenda.
