Indus Towers said in a stock exchange filing that while R. Ramanujam, the present CTO, will remain in that role, he will no longer be a member of senior management staff due to a change in reporting structure.
Anil Gupta, the chief supply chain management officer at telecom infrastructure provider Indus Towers, has been promoted to senior management and given the title of chief technology and delivery officer (CTDO).
The business stated that Gupta’s appointment will take effect on April 1, 2024. Indus Towers said in a stock exchange filing that while R. Ramanujam, the present CTO, will remain in that role, he will no longer be a member of senior management staff due to a change in reporting structure.
The event comes after several months of executive reorganizations at the publicly traded business, which is among India’s biggest suppliers of towers.
In December 2023, Neeti Wahi was appointed as the Chief Digital and Information Technology Officer.
Following the resignation of Bimal Dalal in 2022, the business also named Prachur Sah as managing director and chief executive officer in January 2023.
