Indus Towers said in a stock exchange filing that while R. Ramanujam, the present CTO, will remain in that role, he will no longer be a member of senior management staff due to a change in reporting structure.

In December 2023, Neeti Wahi was appointed as the Chief Digital and Information Technology Officer.

Following the resignation of Bimal Dalal in 2022, the business also named Prachur Sah as managing director and chief executive officer in January 2023.
