Ayub Ali has been appointed as the head of the corporate human resources department of Ramee Group of Hotels, the company announced on Friday.
Ali will support management, handle recruitment, coordinate HR strategies with corporate objectives, supervise training, development, and industrial relations for all properties, and maintain a good work environment in this capacity. According to a release, he will also create and carry out training programs, assess employee performance, and uphold brand values.
Ali has been in the industry for 19 years. He has held positions at Mayfair Hotels, IHG Group of Hotels, Radisson Group of Hotels, and Fariyas Hotels in the past.
