Pankaj Khare has been appointed as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) by Bharat Financial Inclusion (100% subsidiary of IndusInd Bank).
Mr. Khare has a wealth of expertise in developing business technology strategies and designing and overseeing intricate IT solutions for a variety of industries, including finance, aviation, and BFSI. Building business strategy, digital transformation, global service delivery, enterprise architecture, and information security are just a few of the areas in which Mr. Khare’s extensive experience lies.
Mr. Khare held prominent leadership roles with numerous well-known companies before joining Bharat Financial Inclusion, including Pine Labs, DMI (Digital Management, LLC), IndiGo Airlines, and Indiabulls Housing Finance. His impressive career in the IT field covers more than 25 years, and he has a demonstrated history of strategic leadership, business transformation, and stakeholder management.
In his prior positions, Mr. Khare oversaw IT business transformation initiatives that made use of digital technology and produced notable operational and economic savings. His knowledge of enterprise architecture made it easier to communicate with business stakeholders and made sure that organizational objectives and technological initiatives were in line.
In his capacity as CIO, Mr. Khare will oversee the IT strategy of Bharat Financial Inclusion, with an emphasis on advancing digital capabilities, guaranteeing information security, and fostering innovation to better cater to the wide range of clients the company serves.
