Amazon veteran Bhavnish Lathia has been appointed as chief of customer experience by kotak Mahindra Bank. The technology of the consumer bank will also be overseen by him in addition to this role as a chief of customer experience.
Lathia has more than 40 patents in e-commerce, web services, distributed computing and machine learning domain. In line with new age tech firms, he is expected to transform the customer experience in the bank.
