Abhay Ojha, the CEO of Zee Media Corporation Ltd., was fired on Monday, effective May 4, 2024, the company announced. In a filing with the regulatory authorities, the business stated that, at its meeting on Monday, the Board of Directors agreed and confirmed Ojha’s termination from the company and, as a result, his resignation as Chief Executive Officer, effective May 4, 2024.

“On account of termination of employment, Abhay Ojha has ceased to be the Chief Executive Officer of the company,” the filing added.

However, the corporation did not provide specifics about why he was terminated.
