Kalpesh Doshi, a cyber-security expert has joined HDFC Life as CISO.
In his new role as a CISO, Doshi will drive all aspects of cyber-security strategy and design the infosec roadmap of the company going forward. Before joining this, Doshi was CISO, India and South East Asia at FIS.
Doshi is a design thinker and his domain expertise ranges from cybersecurity to emerging technologies such as cloud, IOT, AI, ML, and Big Data to security Audit, enterprise risk management, cyber strategy, business resilience, vendor rIsk, data protection. He has strong acumen for architecture, information risk management, business continuity & disaster recovery, compliances, regulations and standards, data sovereignty, etc.
Doshi, a multifaceted technical leader, has over two decades of extensive experience in designing & delivering effective corporate, information security & business continuity programs mapped to global compliance standards; defining and evolving the direction of the Cyber services to ensure delivery of security solutions and enabling their adoption across Product & Application landscape. He comes with a strong background in formulating the overall approach to organization’s technology direction; facilitating strategic conversations with technical audiences while building confidence with business stakeholders.
