The Delhi Directorate of Education has directed all administrators of public and private schools to inform children about cybercrime using banners and posters. According to a directive issued on Friday, the Delhi police are supposed to supply the information.

Numerous brochures have been produced by the delhi police to address issues like drug abuse, internet pornography, bullying, human trafficking, cyber fraud, cyberbullying, cybersafety, and online predators.

In order to organize educational sessions, the authorities have directed all schools to work with local law enforcement and cybersecurity specialists.

The Department of Education (DOE) has said, “This initiative aims to educate students on preventing cybercrimes and ensuring their safety in the digital world,”.

The official circular has stated, “These sessions will help students understand essential topics such as recognising and reporting cyberbullying, protecting personal information online, the importance of strong passwords and privacy settings, and identifying scams and phishing attempts,”.
